Rosie trained in New York City at the Mayer
School of Fashion Design. In 1975 she began working at Camille
Inc. in the New York City Garment Center as a fashion designer,
pattern marker, and seamstress for 14 years. Rosie also served
as a showroom and production manager. Some of her original work
was featured and advertised in "Modern Bride" and "Bride" magazines.
Rosie relocated to Clearwater with her family in 1987 and has
worked in the Clearwater area for the last 20 years.
She specializes in alterations, redesigns, and custom-made formal wear made from scratch or patterns. She can also help in creating and altering headpieces and veils.
Rosie is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish. She is the proud mother of two children and three beautiful grandchildren.
